Service Description

Private Event & Studio Rentals Our plant-filled Medford studio is available for private events, meetings, workshops, wellness experiences, content creation, photoshoots, dinners, showers, celebrations, corporate gatherings, pop-ups and more. Capacity: Approximately 15–18 seated or up to 30 standing, depending on layout. The studio is not currently wheelchair accessible. RENTAL RATES 2-Hour Studio Rental: Starting at $350 Ideal for meetings, photoshoots, content creation and small workshops. Private Events:$175/hour | 3-hour minimum **Friday Evening, Saturday & Sunday: $200/hour | 3-hour minimum **Full Day: Starting at $950 | Up to 8 hours **Public, Ticketed & Commercial Events:** Starting at $250/hour. Custom pricing may apply. Tables and folding chairs are included. Setup, decorating, vendor load-in, event time, cleanup and breakdown must occur within the contracted rental period. Additional time is subject to availability and fees. EVENT INSURANCE Event liability insurance is required for private, public/ticketed and other applicable events. A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided before the event, naming Weslie Etienne LLC DBA Wesleaf Designs & Décor as an Additional Insured. Vendors may also be required to provide insurance, licenses or permits. HOUSE RULES Outside prepared food and beverages require approval. NO GLASSWARE OR BREAKABLE ITEMS. All drinkware, dinnerware, serving pieces and décor must be non-breakable. No onsite cooking, open flames, candles, glitter, loose confetti, colored powders, smoke/fog devices, fireworks or pyrotechnics. Decorations, DJs, entertainment, caterers, vendors and specialty equipment require approval. Wesleaf plants, planters, furniture, merchandise and décor may not be moved or altered without permission. Renters are responsible for guests, vendors and damages. Excessive cleaning fees start at $200. Smoking, vaping and illegal substances are prohibited. Children must be supervised. Alcohol requires prior approval. Renters are responsible for applicable licensing, service and insurance requirements. BOOKING Dates are not confirmed until the agreement is completed and payment is received in full. All payments are non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled with 14 days’ notice subject to availability. Rush/additional fees may apply.
