Make your next event a plant event with Wesleaf! Our Plant Design Parties are interactive, hands-on botanical experiences designed to bring people together through creativity, connection, and a little plant therapy. Each experience is customized for your group, with plants, vessels, soil, design materials, and step-by-step instruction provided by the Wesleaf team. Guests create their own botanical design while learning tips and techniques they can use long after the event. Plant Design Parties are perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, gender reveals, bachelor and bachelorette parties, girls’ nights, family gatherings, wellness retreats, corporate events, employee appreciation, team building, networking events, holiday parties, classroom workshops, school and university programs, community events, senior living communities, and private celebrations. We can bring the plant party to you! Host your experience at the Wesleaf studio in Medford, your office or workplace, a restaurant, private event venue, school, community space, hotel, home, or another location of your choice. Virtual experiences are also available for groups gathering from multiple locations. From intimate gatherings to larger group experiences, we'll work with you to customize the plant project and experience to fit your occasion, group size, setting, and vision. You bring the people. We'll bring the plants and the experience. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Once an event is booked and payment has been received, payments are non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled with at least two weeks' notice by emailing bookings@wesleafdesignsanddecor.com. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Wesleaf Designs and Decor - Plant Care Consultation Booking Policy Welcome to Wesleaf Designs and Decor! We're excited to partner with you to troubleshoot and enhance the care of your plants. Below is our booking policy to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients. Service Overview As plant care consultants, we analyze your space and provide expert recommendations to ensure your plants thrive. The consultation includes a tailored assessment of lighting, humidity, window directions, and your lifestyle to build your confidence in plant care. Booking Details Service Range: Consultations are available within a 30-mile radius of Boston. For inquiries outside this radius, please email us at info@wesleafdesignsanddecor.com to discuss options. Scheduling: Appointments are available by request and subject to availability. Book your consultation online at Wesleaf Designs and Decor or via email. Consultation Duration: Sessions typically last 45 minutes, depending on the complexity of your plant care needs. Payment & Fees Consultation Fee: Fees are disclosed at the time of booking and must be paid in full to confirm your appointment. Parking Costs: Clients are responsible for coordinating parking accommodations for Wesleaf staff. If metered or garage parking is required, any parking fees will be billed to the client following the consultation. Notify us of any parking arrangements in advance via email. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled consultation to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the consultation cost). Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
