Small Business Pop-Ups at Wesleaf Bring your business to Wesleaf! Wesleaf Small Business Pop-Ups give local entrepreneurs, makers, creatives, and emerging brands an opportunity to showcase their products or services inside our plant-filled Medford boutique and connect with the Wesleaf community. Whether you're launching a product, growing your audience, or looking for a beautiful space to meet new customers, we welcome businesses that complement the Wesleaf experience. WHAT'S INCLUDED Your pop-up includes a designated space inside Wesleaf, one 6-foot table, seating, and up to 30 minutes of setup time. Vendors may bring approved signage, tabletop displays, and branded materials. Glass and breakable items of any kind are not permitted. POP-UP AVAILABILITY Pop-ups may be scheduled during regular store hours: Wednesday–Friday: 12–5 PM Saturday & Sunday: 10 AM–5 PM Specific hours are confirmed with your booking. WHO CAN POP UP? We welcome businesses offering wellness, beauty, food, fashion, art, home décor, handmade goods, lifestyle products, books, gifts, and other concepts that complement our community. All vendors are subject to approval. PROMOTION Wesleaf may promote scheduled pop-ups through our social and marketing channels. Vendors are expected to actively promote their participation as well. Please tag @wesleafdesigns so we can engage with your content. Wesleaf does not guarantee attendance, foot traffic, sales, social media promotion, or revenue. VENDOR REQUIREMENTS Vendors may bring one additional person to assist. Vendors are responsible for staffing their space, processing sales, applicable taxes, required licenses/permits, and cleanup. All vendors must maintain appropriate general liability insurance and provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) before participating. The COI must show at least $1,000,000 per occurrence in general liability coverage and name Weslie Etienne LLC DBA Wesleaf as an Additional Insured for the event date(s). Food, beverage, beauty, wellness, or other regulated businesses may be required to provide additional insurance, licenses, permits, or documentation. Vendors are responsible for their inventory, equipment, displays, products, and personal property. CANCELLATION POLICY Once booked and paid, pop-up fees are non-refundable.
